MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM

For best performance we insulate motion control system from other system. It contains two parts. The computational kernel gets the message, which contain the state of the VR system from network and real-time calculate the position of the motion platform.

This calculation contains matrix transformation and motion dynamic equation, which perform the realistic force action. And the update rate is up to 1k Hz. It¡¦s so fast that we can get very smooth operation and well precision of motion platform. The high speed D/A transports the position data to position feedback controller of motion platform. There is another control loop which control the cylinders directly.
